Guitar 2: Heavy ass distortion. Play fast and with a bit of vibrato:

Then you just repeat the verse section and woo-hoo-hoo bit before
ending on another bout of distortion. Oh yeah, guitar 2 is hitting some 
really high notes in the other parts. I think he has much-o-distortion 
and hes just plucking out the root notes (C,F#,G) up an octave.
