E, B, A, B (The keys play a higher line on the 2nd line of the intro but guitar stays the same.)

Pre chorus "I'll be your guiding light..."
D,E,D,E,D,E,G,A....then "woooooh" is B,F#,B,F#,B,F#,A,B

Chorus "One more river"
E,E,A,B (the bass is playing EBAB but this goes better with the vocal line)

Thats it really. The little solo is played over the B,F#,B,F#,B,F#,A,B. If you need the solo 
and can't work it out then PM me and I will do it when I get the time :).
