Standard tuning, and most easily played with a capo on the 3rd fret (I'm fairly sure that's how she
plays it live...)  Chords here are in relation to the capo, so Am is actually Cm, etc etc


The original recording features some beautifully melancholy cello lines, but the song sounds 
just as nice for solo guitar.  During the verse, she plays a little hammering riff along with the
chords:

I find it easier to fret the bass note on the G with yer thumb and leave your fingers free for
the little riff.  There might be a more elegant way to do this, but it sounds OK like this - and
that's the main thing, no?
